  3. post content that is derogatory, offensive or harassing in nature.

  5. knowingly post personal information, unless authorized by the person, whether or not related to any Keppiehed.com document or other publication vehicle.
    Personal information may include any published or non-published information including but not limited to name, address, telephone number, e-mail, account(s) information, photographs, login information (ID or Password), employer, race, gender or religious affiliation.
  6. post copyrighted or trademarked information, without permission of the third party owner
  7. interfere with the normal operation of Keppiehed.com
  8. violate any laws, third party rights, or Keppiehed.com policies
  9. circumvent or manipulate our fee structure, the billing process or fees owed to Keppiehed.com
  10. manipulate the Keppiehed.com payment system
  11. transfer your Keppiehed.com account or User ID to another party without the expressed written consent of Keppiehed.com
  12. distribute or post spam, or send unwanted or undesirable e-mail through the Keppiehed.com notification system.
  13. collect information about users, including e-mail addresses without their consent
  14. distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Keppiehed.com, or the interests or property of other Keppiehed.com members
  15. reverse engineer any technology of Keppiedhed.com
  16. violate any copyrights, patents, trademarks or proprietary information of Keppiehed.com

You agree that the use of Keppiehed.com does not violate any applicable law, and your intention for use is for legal activity only.

Term of Use

You agree to accept this Agreement in full for the duration of your membership and/or use of Keppiehed.com. You also agree that all activity during the term of your membership and/or use will continue to fall under this Agreement. We reserve the right to limit or terminate the use of our website at any time with or without notice.

Our Fees and Offerings

In order to offer an enjoyable resource, many of the offerings on Keppiehed.com are free, or very low cost.

In some instances, users may desire to use the premium offerings at Keppiehed.com. We have designed the fees to be low enough to be accessible for almost everyone. From time to time, we will offer a discounted rate on premium offerings, and we always reserve the right to modify our fee structure.

Unless otherwise indicated, all of our fees are in US Dollars. You are responsible for all fees, awards, taxes and expenses prior to use of the premium offerings. You will always know what the total fee will be prior to our collecting it, and have the opportunity to modify the selected offerings before committing to payment.

Liability and Indemnity

You agree that you will not hold Keppiehed.com, its parent, subsidiaries, employees or affiliates responsible for the content provided by users. In the event that Keppiehed.com is found liable (regardless of our policy), you agree that the limit of liability shall be no greater than the total amount you have paid Keppiehed.com, related only to the liability event(s).

You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, parent company, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and general contractors), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Content, Access and Interference

Because the information on Keppiehed.com is collected from a variety of sources and can be personal in nature, you agree that you will not use any automated means to access Keppiehed.com for any purpose without our written permission. You also agree that you will not:

No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement, or through any other interaction through the website at Keppiehed.com.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Keppiehed.com may update these terms and conditions. In the event there are significant changes, we will display a prominent notice on our website and/or send an informational update to your registered email address. Unless stated otherwise, our current terms and conditions apply If you continue to use Keppiehed.com after notice of changes have been sent to you or published on our site, you hereby provide your consent to the changed terms and conditions.
